Daniel Braun

Daniel is active both as a specialist and advisor in HR Efficiency, as well as a recruiter for high-level profiles in the Industry, Technology, Non-Profit, and Services sectors.

With over 20 years of pan-European HR experience, his background encompasses the entire Talent Life Cycle, from talent attraction to separation, and from strategic to daily operational levels.

Before joining GGR&Partners, Daniel held positions ranging from HR consultant to HR Director in companies across various sectors, including Services, Industry, IT, Finance, and the Non-Profit sector, both locally and internationally.

Daniel has studied Psychology and holds two postgraduate degrees in Management.

Mireille Talsma

Mireille Talsma joined our firm in 2022 as a consultant. She works at the Luxembourg office and also supports the Hamburg office.

She has over 20 years of experience in executive search. She began her career at AIMS International Luxembourg as a researcher and worked her way up to managing complete recruitment projects. She specializes in the industrial sector, SMEs, and public services.

Before joining GGR&Partners, she sought a deeper understanding of business processes within a company and led a talent acquisition team across multiple sites. This experience helped her better understand, identify, and align executive and specialized talent.

Mireille also lived in the United States for three years as an expatriate and worked as an independent headhunter for American and international clients.

Nicolas Rasson

Nicolas est un professionnel expérimenté des ressources humaines avec un solide parcours dans le domaine.

Il possède un réseau étendu en Belgique et au Luxembourg. Ses compétences clés sont liées à la gestion du capital humain, avec une grande expertise en recrutement, stratégie RH, développement organisationnel, gestion du changement, programmes de transformation, strategic workforce planning, relations industrielles.

Il est également médiateur en matière sociale, civile et commerciale.

Matthias Gerstlauer

With a distinguished career in HR, both as a consultant for major international groups and as the Director of HR for a global leader in document management, Matthias has an in-depth understanding of the constraints and obligations faced by his clients.

The solutions he develops are tailored to meet each specific request.

Today, Matthias oversees the search and selection of executives and senior executives for clients in the industrial, modern technology, and corporate services sectors. He also provides advice on compensation and talent retention.

Matthias has completed higher education studies in Luxembourg, Germany, and the United States, holding a Master's degree in History, Political Science, and Cultural Anthropology. He is also a certified SHL consultant and a social auditor.

Hendrik Geleyte

La mission personnelle d’Hendrik est de guider et de faciliter la croissance des individus et des organisations. Il puise son énergie dans sa curiosité et sa passion pour les gens et l’efficacité organisationnelle.

Il a été consultant et coach tant dans des entreprises que dans des ONG, des environnements de start-up ou scale-up ainsi que dans de grandes entreprises multinationales.

Il couvre les domaines du recrutement de cadres, de la gestion des talents, de l’apprentissage et du développement, de la gestion du changement, du coaching et de la gestion des ressources humaines en général.
